摘要
目的了解湖州市临床医学专业人力资源状况,为区域临床医学人力的合理配置提供理论依据。方法对湖州市各类医疗机构的注册临床医生进行普查,数据以软件SPSS12.0.1进行统计分析。结果平均每千人口拥有临床医生数为1.42,床医比为2.17;具有本科(学士)及以上学历的占26.3%;近一半(47.2%)的临床医生学历为中专及以下,在乡镇级医院高达73.1%,;高、中、低级职称之比为1∶2.5∶5.2;学历和职称水平均与医疗机构的地区级别呈正相关关系(P=0.000)。结论湖州市临床医生人员总数配置严重不足;学历水平总体偏低;高、中、低级技术职称者比例失调,具有较高职称者比重明显偏小,职称结构不合理;学历和职称水平均表现为医疗机构的地区级别越低而越低。建议本市进一步做好临床医学人才的引进工作、加强在职人员的继续教育和知识技术进修培训。
Objective To investigate the situation of clinical personnel resources in Huzhou,and to provide theoretical basis for the(rational) allocation of regional clinical resources.Methods The data,which were collected from a general survey of the registered clinicians of all kinds of medical organizations in Huzhou,were analyzed with the statistical software of SPSS for Windows ver12.0.1.(Results) The average number of clinical personnel was 1.42 per one thousand inhabitants.The ratio of the sickbeds to clinicians was 2.17;and the clinicians with graduate(bachelor) degree or higher degree accounted for 26.3%;nearly half(47.2%) of clinicians owned the degree of middle-level and junior,while the rate even reached 73.1% in the hospitals of villages and towns;the ratios of clinicians with senior professional titles to middle and to junior were 1 ∶2.5 ∶5.2;there was a positive correlation between the level of educational backgrounds or professional titles and the regional grades of the medical organization(P<0.000).Conclusion There was a sever lack of the total allocation of clinical personnel,and the total level of educational background was low;the ratio of clinicians with senior professional titles to middle and to junior was not rather rational,which meant a not so good composition exhibited by fewer clinicians with higher professional titles in particular.The lower grades the regional medical organizations were,the lower educational level or professional titles the clinicians had.We suggest that further measures should be taken to recommend talented clinicians to work in Huzhou city from outside,to strengthen the continuous education and refresh course of knowledge and skills.
