摘要
利用SEM和EDS等手段对原料FeSi75闪速燃烧合成产物的相组成和显微结构进行了分析。结果表明,产物Fe3Si-Si3N4复合粉体的结构单元是,以铁相材料为内核,外层包覆氮化硅的包裹体结构,其中铁相材料是Fe3Si和-αFe,表层氮化硅大多呈柱状结晶的-βSi3N4存在,α-Si3N4以微小圆形颗粒形式存在于致密层中。并对Fe3Si-Si3N4复合原料的高温稳定性及应用进行了初步探讨。
The phase and microstructure of Fe3Si-Si3N4 synthesized by FeSi(75) using flashing combustion process were researched.The results show that the structure of Fe3Si-Si3N4 compound powder is a inclusion texture which Fe material is contained in the inner layer and Si3N4 lies in the exterior of surface,Fe materials are both Fe3Si and α-Fe,and most of the Si3N4 of the surface is the columnar β-Si3N4 and other circle shape grain of α-Si3N4 lies in the compact layer.In addition,the high temperature stability and use of compound powder were discussing elementarily.
