单晶Nd_3Co的低温磁性及温度效应研究

摘要 制备了Nd3Co单晶,测量了Nd3Co单晶在温度T=1.5,4.2,12,19,77,300 K下沿各晶轴的磁化情况.由M-H变化曲线估出了在1.5 K下磁化过程中磁性转变(即磁矩变化)的大小,ΔMa1=0.22 μB,ΔMa2=0.84 μB,ΔMb=1.82 μB.在低温时,M-H曲线为回线,在高温时为直线,为了得到饱和磁矩,测得在1.5,4.2,19 K下,在磁场0~30 T的磁化情况,估出了沿各晶轴磁化的饱和磁矩值,沿a轴的分别为2.86,2.73,2.66 μB/Nd离子,沿b轴的分别为2.57,2.52,2.49和2.32 μB/Nd离子,沿c轴为2.34,2.34,2.32和2.27 μB/Nd离子. In order to study the magnetic properties and temperature effect of single crystal Nd3Co,a single crystal Nd3Co was prepared,the magnetization of the crystal along the a,b and c axis at temperature of T=1.5,4.2,12,19,77,and 300 K was measured,and magnetic changes at T=1.5,4.2 K were analyzed,magnetic moment changes in the magnetization are estimated at 1.5 K as ΔMa1=0.22 μB,ΔMa2=0.84 μB and ΔMb=1.82 μB respectively.At low temperatures M-H curves are back line,at high temperatures are straight,It can been seen that the temperature effect of magnetization was notable.To obtaine saturated magnetic moment,the magnetization curves in magnetic field(0~30 T) at T=4.2,12,19 K were measured,the saturation magnetic moment along the axis of the crystal are estimated at 4.2,12,and 19 K,respectively.The saturation magnetic moment along the a-axis are 2.86,2.73,and 2.66 μB/Nd ion,along the b-axis are 2.57,2.52,and 2.49 μB/Nd ion,long the c-axis are 2.34,2.34,and 2.32 μB/Nd ion,respectively.
