摘要
宝钢硫酸装置的原理是以脱硫装置所产生的酸性气体为原料,经过一系列工艺工序的硫酸吸收生成浓硫酸。为了达到高生产率,需要提高SO2变为SO3的转换率,为此需要准确测量SO2气体浓度,通过此浓度配置相应的氧气。分析了原有装置存在的缺点后,给出了改进后装置的工作原理和工作程序,并实现了自动吹扫、自动标定和自动气候调节等诸多功能。此装置的成功实践,具有较大的推广价值。
The operational principle of sulfuric acid plant in Baosteel is by using acid gas generated in desulfurizer as raw material,through a series of technique processes to absorb sulphuric acid,and produce strong sulfuric acid.In order to enhance productive efficiency,it is necessary to increase the conversion rate from SO_2 to SO_3,thus measuring gas concentration of SO_2 precisely is needed,and providing relevant oxygen based on this concentration.The demerits of existing device are analyzed and the operational principle and procedures of improved device are given.Multiple functions,e.g.automatic purge,automatic calibration and automatic climate regulation are implemented in this device.The implementation of this device is valuable to be propagated.
