摘要
随着我国经济的发展,油田海上中心平台自动化控制的要求越来越高。简要说明了中心平台的工艺要求,系统主要可分为中心平台站控、井组平台监控、电视监控及数据通信这四部分。由此SCADA系统配置为调度控制中心、CB30A中心平台PCS系统、井组平台RTU、工业数字电视监视系统、CB30A中心平台ESD系统,并介绍了系统的基本功能。采用具有过程控制简单、信息网络安全方便及系统集成扩展性强等特点的PCS7和W inCC,较好地完成了整个平台的控制。此方案对海上平台的组态和控制具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
With the development of China′s national economy,there is a growing requirement of automatic control for the central platform of offshore oil field.Technological requirements for the central platform are expounded briefly.They mainly include four parts such as the station control system for the central platform,the platform monitoring system for well groups,TV monitoring system and data communication system.Therefore,SCADA configuration is comprised of a schedule control centre,PCS for CB30A central platform,RTUs for well group platform,digital TV monitoring system for industry and ESD system for CB30A central platform.SCADA system′s basic functions are described.Platform control is provided by PCS7 and WinCC software which feature simple process control,secure information network and expansible system integration.This solution plays a certain reference role in the configmation and control for offshore phforms.
