摘要
运载车底盘是车装钻机承载动力机组、传动组件、绞车、井架等部件的平台,又是钻机移运行走的唯一载体,其性能和可靠性直接影响到整套设备的应用。文章介绍了车架、装机功率、传动方式、悬挂型式、车桥、轮胎、转向方式等的结构设计和选型方法,并设计了适宜于中深井车装钻机的一种专用底盘。
The chassis of the self-propelled rig is the base for the installation of the power unit,the trans- mission unit,the drawworks and the mast.It is also the unique carrier for the transportation of the rig.Its capability and reliability determines the performance and application of the whole rig set.By researching into the carrier body,unit rated power,rig driving system,appending type,carrier bridge,tire,steering type,flexibility,etc.the author developed a new kind of chassis for the mid-deep self-propelled rig.
