摘要
为了检验内平动齿轮传动装置齿廓间的干涉,利用Pro/E软件建立了这种传动装置的虚拟样机模型,然后对其进行了运动仿真。建模过程中,在考虑了与其啮合的外齿轮参数以及加工方式的影响的基础上,建立了渐开线非标准内啮合齿轮的参数化模型。结果表明,利用虚拟样机技术,可以更直观地检验少齿差齿轮传动机构中易出现的各种干涉。
To detect the interferences between tooth profiles in IPMGTD (Internal parallel move gear transmission device), the model of IPMGTD virtual prototype was built with Pro/E software. Then motion simulation was made to IPMGTD. The models of involute abnormal internal meshing gears were parameterized. The influences of the basic design parameters in the meshing outer gear and the way the internal gear machined were considered when modeling. The results show that the interferences in involute planetary gear drive with small tooth number diffference can be directly detected using virtual prototype technology.
