摘要
对一种新型脉动发生机构的结构特点与运动特性进行了分析,建立其凸轮理论廓线、摇杆摆动和杆件尺寸之间的解析关系,运用Pro/Engineer软件的CAD、CAE功能,对该发生机构进行虚拟装配和运动仿真,验证了输出转速特性。
Structural characteristics and kinematics feature of a new impulse generator are analyzed. The relations of theoretical outline of cam, swing angle of rocker and dimension of link are established. Using the CAD and CAE of Pro/ Engineer software, virtual assembly and kinematics simulation of the impulse generator are carried out, the output angular velocity characteristic of the rocker is verified.
