摘要
中部地区煤炭、石油和水能资源的禀赋较高,但是各个省份的能源状况差别很大。中部地区能源发展面临着能源利用效率不高、运输瓶颈制约、环境污染等矛盾。良好的能源资源条件并没有带来地区经济的良好增长。要解决中部地区能源发展中的难题,必须从提高能源利用效率入手。
The Midland Region of China includes eight provinces,which has abundant energy deposit such as coal,oil and water power.However,this natural endowment did not bring about outstanding economic growth for this area. The reason is its low energy efficiency.For the purpose of sustainable development,it is urgent to promote energy efficiencies in the process of energy production and consumption.
