摘要
在英美刑法中,严格责任是结果责任的否定之否定,我国刑法不应存在绝对严格责任,绝对严格责任虽然在英美国家具有先进性和科学性,但鉴于我们的具体国情,不应加以移植引入。
The article discusses the absolutely strict criminal liability of the UK and the USA.The author concludes that the absolutely strict criminal liability shall not exist in our country's criminal law,and it shall not be transplanted into our penal law system,based on our concrete conditions.
