叶绿体微卫星在植物种质资源研究中的应用 被引量:31

摘要 叶绿体微卫星(chloroplastsimplesequencerepeat,cpSSR)是近年来发展起来的一种新型高效的分子标记技术,由于具有微卫星标记共显性、高多态性、分布广泛性等优点又兼顾到叶绿体基因组结构简单、相对保守、单亲遗传等特点,目前广泛用于植物群体遗传分析及系统发育分析研究,在更高分类水平和自然植物群体间基因漂移研究上特别有用。本文就cpSSR分析技术的原理、特点、引物开发等方面进行了介绍,并针对其在群体遗传结构、基因流动进化、物种演化、胞质遗传特性、种群分类等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并据此提出问题和展望。 Within the past decade chloroplast simple sequence repeats have developed into a new efficient molecular marker. It is widespread used in analyse of population genetic, phylogeny, most useful in higher level classify and gene flow between natural plant population. This paper summarize a clear profile of principle and characteristics of chloroplast microsatellite, isolation of microsatellite and development of genetic structure of population, gene flow, evolution, species evolvement organellar inheritance, population class and so on. Hereby problem and prospect were proposed.
