摘要
在新农村建设面临农民组织化程度低、资源环境约束加剧、“以工促农,以城带乡”的长效机制尚未建立的挑战面前,技术扩散是建设“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新农村的有效途径。建设社会主义新农村,加速技术扩散,必须充分发挥政府、农民两个积极性,拓展科技示范园区和技术扩散信息平台两个途径。
Currently there exist many problems in the new rural constructions.This paper holds that the technology diffusion plays the vital role in the new rural construction.It is stated that efforts must be made to accelerate the speed of the technology diffusion in order to construct the new rural areas.
