摘要
本文采用系统论的观点,分析了建筑产品全生命周期中的各个事业及其组合原则,在此基础上,提出了事业组合的几种模式,并重点分析了开发型、代理型和经营型事业组合模式,以期为我国建筑业开展工程总承包的业务拓展和模式创新提供理论支持与分析思路。
This paper analyzed the businesses in lifecycle of building and integration principle of them by using the view of system theory. Based on it, it set out some mode of business integration. And the developing, agent and operating mode of business integration were analyzed especially. It s expected that it will be useful to offering theory support and analysis method for extending the field and innovation of mode of general contract in domestic construction industry.
