通过确定联动战略的定义及相关主体,分析长三角区域物流发展的政策现状及存在的问题,确定长三角区域物流政策基础平台构建的目标、原则以及联动战略,提出长三角物流产业联动发展的总体目标和政策方向,搭建基于联动战略的长三角区域物流政策基础平台,为长三角物流产业联动发展营造良好的政策环境提供一定的帮助和指导．
