摘要
介绍了太原选煤厂浮选系统存在的问题,对目前广泛应用的几种浮选设备进行了性能比较,最终认定波兰IF-57型浮选机较适合目前太选浮选工艺。引进后,浮选抽出率将提高1%~2%,投资回报期短,经济和社会效益显著。
Intruduces problem of flotation system,carries out performance comparation among some kinds of widely popular flotation machine.At last IF-57 type flotation machine from poland is considered that it is fit for Taiyuan coal preparation technologic process.When introducte to IF-57 type flotation machine,flotation recovery rate from 1% to 2% is obtained,at the same time,the short duration of return on investment is acquired,econimic and social benefits are remarkable.
