摘要
明代中后期,宁国府书院兴盛。大量方志资料显示:官学的不期而败,心学的传播趋势,官员的鼎立支持以及得天独厚的地理条件,是宁国府书院兴盛的主要原因。书院的兴盛,不仅扩大教育面,培养科举人才,还振兴风俗,兴起"崇学重教"之风。同时,作为王学讲会的重要场所,促进了学术繁荣,使王学得到进一步发展。
