摘要
留守儿童问题直接关系到未来的人口素质,关系到农村经济和社会的协调发展,也关系到和谐社会的建立和可持续发展,是新农村建设下的重要课题。实践中各级政府已经开始重视解决农村留守儿童问题,并出台了相应的措施。本文依据成都市农村留守儿童的一手真实资料,对城市近郊留守儿童的生活现状进行分析,偿试性地提出了解决这一问题的对策和建议。
