摘要
一方面,人格是个别,个性是一般。个性是一个人的自我,是一个人所具有的稳定的、恒久的、整体的属性,因而包括一个人所具有的全部稳定属性;人格则仅仅是一个人的心理自我,是一个人所具有的稳定的、恒久的、整体的心理状态。另一方面,人格是一般,品德是个别。人格是一个人的心理自我,是一个人的长期行为所表现和形成的稳定的、恒久的、整体的心理状态;品德则是一个人的道德自我,是一个人长期的道德行为所形成和表现出来的稳定的心理自我,是一个人长期遵守或违背道德的行为所形成和表现出来的道德人格和道德个性。
