摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了磷酸锆锌(ZnZr4(PO4)6,ZrPZn)陶瓷粉体,研究了煅烧温度对粉体合成的影响,采用TG-DTA,IR,XRD和TEM测试方法对合成粉体进行了表征,实验表明在900~950℃可制备出平均粒径为45nm的磷酸锆锌(ZrPZn)粉体。
The main purpose of this thesis is to study the technological conditions of synthesizingα-ZnZr4(PO4)6 ceramic powders by coprecipitate method. The conditions of calcination were studied. The properties of the ZnZr4(PO4)6 powders were characterized by TG-DTA, IR, XRD and TEM. The ZnZr4(PO4)6 powders can be obtained by calcining the coprecipitation at 900~950℃. The average particle size is about 45 nm.
