含铅废水絮凝处理的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 正交法确定了含铅废水絮凝过程中聚合磷硫酸铁的较佳用量、pH值、沉淀时间和原水Pb2+的控制浓度。实验结果表明,聚合磷硫酸铁对含铅废水处理效果明显,处理后排水中的残留磷量和残留铁量较少,低于国家排放标准,不存在铁、磷的二次污染。 Poly-ferric-phosphate-sulfate(PFPS)can be synthesized during several minutes by the mean of phosphate anion addition into poly-ferric-sulfate under microwave.The influence of amount of PFPS,pH value and concentration of lead on treatment of lead wastewater were determined.The result shows that PFPS has high efficiency of lead wastewater treated and the remaining phosphorus and ferric in lead wastewater treated is low without no secondary or further pollution.
