摘要
目的:通过超声检查研究药袋型颈椎牵引带与普通颈椎牵引带治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效比较。方法:经X线、CT及超声检查结合临床确诊椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者120例,按首次就诊随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组是用药袋型颈椎牵引带做牵引治疗,而对照组是用普通颈椎牵引带做牵引治疗。结果:经30d观察,其疗效采用Ridit分析,认为治疗组较对照组治疗疗效显著差异有统计学意义。结论:治疗组疗效高,缩短了治疗时间和疗程,认为其是行之有效的方法。
