摘要
目的:探讨CT小儿脑性瘫痪诊断中应用价值。方法:对87例小儿脑瘫头颅CT进行回顾性分析。结果:87例脑瘫患儿中52例头颅CT阳性,CT异常率59.8%,其中脑萎缩19例,先天疾患14例,脑积水12例,脑软化灶4例,颅内钙化2例。结论:CT检查有助于早期发现病变,帮助寻找病因及定位,还可为判断本病的预后提供依据,在脑瘫的早期诊断中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the application value of CT in diagnosing the pediatric cerebral palsy.Methods The skulls CT for 87 patients with pediatric cerebral palsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 87 patients,the skull CT in 52 of them were positive,the abnormal rate of CT was 59.8 %,including 19 cerebral atrophy,14 congenital abnormalities,12 hydrocephalus,4 softening,2 calcification.Conclusion CT examination could help to early find out the disease lesion,to look for the disease reasons and to loc...
