摘要
对HKD-1型航空润滑油进行了重载点接触热弹流计算和油膜温度分析,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:重载情况下,润滑油的非牛顿特性较显著;油膜温度随滑滚比的增加而增大,各种模型下得到的温度分布形状相似;采用Evans-Johnson模型预测的温度远小于Newton模型的预测温度,滑滚比较大时,Newton模型对温度的预测失真;油膜温度关于油膜厚度方向的中心平面对称分布,最大温升发生在该平面附近。
The thermal EHL of an aviation lubricating oil HKD-1 was simulated in a point contact under heavier load and the temperature distribution in the oil film was computed.The computed results by using two different rheological models were compared and were examined by the traction test.The results show that the non-Newtonian characteristic of lubricants is more important for heavier load (p0>1 GPa) in EHL.As slide-to-roll ratio increasing, the temperature in film rises.The predicted shapes of the temperature...
