摘要
在分析常规密封盘根的密封机制,及其存在的形状和材质选用不合理、更换不便、密封效果不好和使用寿命低等问题的基础上,提出了采用普通传动V带作为新型密封盘根的设计方案。在现场试验的基础上,分析了新型密封盘根的密封机制,给出了盘根的设计计算方法,并将新旧盘根的现场使用情况进行了对比与分析。结果表明,新盘根的使用节约了生产成本,改变了盘根的密封方式,实现了抽油机不停机加盘根作业,降低了劳动强度,具有良好的推广前景。
