摘要
对介观复杂耦合电路作双模耦合谐振子处理,将其量子化.通过线性变换,将介观体系的哈密顿量对角化.利用热场动力学(TFD)理论,研究了热真空态、热相干态及热压缩态下回路中电荷和电流的量子涨落.结果表明,电荷电流的量子涨落不仅和电路自身的参数、彼此的复杂耦合程度有关,而且还和压缩度、压缩角及环境温度有关,而且随温度的升高而增大.
Mesoscopic double resonance circuit with complicated coupling is quantized by the method of harmonic oscillator quantization and linear transformation.The energy spectra of this circuit are given.The quantum fluctuations of the charge and current of each loop are researched by the method of thermo-field dynamics(TFD) in thermal vacuum state,thermal coherent state and thermal squeezed state.It is shown that,the quantum fluctuations of the charge and current are related to not only circuit inherent parameter ...
