摘要
针对巴陵石化有限责任公司隔膜法烧碱装置原有的事故氯气处理系统存在的缺陷,提出了改造方案,并对事故氯气处理系统的主要设备进行选型计算。改造后的事故氯处理装置对避免隔膜法烧碱装置在开停车以及事故时发生氯气泄漏起到了一定的作用。
The reformation scheme was proposed in view of the defects existing in the old accident chlorine treatment ssytem of diaphragm caustic sada devices in Epoxy Resin Cause Branch of Baling Petrolium Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.And the key devices of accident chlorine treatment system were selected and calculated.After reformation,the accident chlorine treatment system could avoid diaphragm caustic soda devices from leaking chlorine when start-up and cut-down and accident took place.
