摘要
现有热电偶套管内都有两根偶芯,测温高的一般很粗不能弯曲,直径小而柔软的一般测温都不高。单芯铠装热电偶套管内只有一根偶芯,正负极分别绝缘和铠装,适用于各种分度号和各种使用场合。因其正负极具有相互独立的绝缘和套管结构,所以可靠性更高,性能更稳定;因正负极分离,正极和负极可择优配对组合,所以精度更高,合格率更高,更适于批量生产;因偶芯直径相对较粗,所以使用温度更高,加工更容易,柔韧性好,实现了简易热电偶方法。
