摘要
在200 kA预焙电解槽生产过程中,通过对阳极母线与铝导杆接触面经常出现的烧损、拉伤的修复,有效地解决了阳极母线与铝导杆接触不良导致的电阻增大、电压降升高的问题,节约了能源,经济效益显著。
During the production of 200 kA pre-baked aluminum smelting pot,through the repairment of the burning and scraping damages which often occur on the contacting surfaces between anode bus bar and aluminum rod,the matter of loose contact caused by increase of power resistance and decrease of power voltage is efficiently solved,resulting in evident achievements of energy saving and economic benefits.
