摘要
通过对电器元件中的冲压模具的设计与制造的研究,从工艺性分析、零件排样设计,级进模结构、模具制造等多方面对级进模进行了研究。给出了相应的设计步骤和改进措施,以期对加快我国级进模设计与制造技术的发展起到促进作用。
The processes analysis,parts layout design,the structure of the progressive die,the die manufacturing and so on were studied from the studying of stamping die design and manufacturing in electrical components,and the corresponding design steps and measures were given,it will speed up the development of progressive die design and manufacturing technology in our country.
