摘要
针对高压薄壁焊接钢筒工件的内部质量检测问题,通过对五种常规无损检测方法的比较,确定了采用超声波板波法的优点.本介绍了板波的原理、特点、速度与入射角的关系、模式的能流分部并绘制了能流分部图.以高压薄壁焊接钢筒检测为例进行了现场试验,并以X射线检测复测来确认板波检测的可靠性,对比试验结果证明,超声波板波法可有效的发现高压薄壁焊接钢筒焊缝内部缺陷,并可实现快速在线检测,具有广阔的应用前景.
