分析了当前我国城镇发展以及区域城镇体系规划中问题与矛盾的内在原因 ;阐述了解决问题的基本观点和研究课题 ;
This article analysed the inner causes of problems in urban and town development and their planning,expounded the basic views and projects about the solutions of these problems,discussed the emphasis and tendency of the reform for traditional planning systems.
