摘要
根据小檗碱的性质 ,可采用紫外分光光度法 ,薄层色谱—分光光度法 ,柱色谱紫外分光光度法 ,酸性染料比色法 ,正交函数、双波长、三波长分光光度法 ,薄层扫描法 。
