摘要
本文报道红木食用色素的提取与纯化新方法，同时探讨了其影响因素。对产品的应用亦进行了初步研究。
In the paper, new way to extract and purify pigment from natural annatto was reported ,the conditions that affect extraction and purification was discussed and a preliminary study in practice of product was made .
