摘要
抗日战争时期 ,湖北后方国统区各级政府对鄂西后方的灾民和战争难民进行了力所能及的救济工作。这些救济虽然不能从根本上解决灾情 ,但对减轻灾民的痛苦 ,稳定后方的社会秩序 ,增强抗战力量 ,仍然发挥了一定的积极作用。
During Anti-Japanese War time,Hubei Provincial government and local governments carried forth as much as possible relief work were to the War Refugees. Although these relieves could not bring the final resolutions to the calamity,it still played some active effects on easing people's suffering,stabilizing social order,and strengthening the resisting power in Anti-Japanese War.
