生长因子受体介导的信号转导通路研究进展

摘要 生长因子受体本身具有酪氨酸激酶活性 ,它与生长因子结合后发生自动磷酸化并通过酪氨酸磷酸化识别机制作用于含SH2 结构域蛋白 ,启动STATs、Ras、磷脂酶C -γ、磷脂酰肌醇 3 -激酶、Src激酶等多条胞内信号转导通路 Growth factor receptors (GFRs) have tyrosine kinase activity Following activation by ligand binding, they undergo autophosphorylation,act on proteins with SH 2 domains by phosphotyrosine recognition modules, and start up several signal transduction pathways, such as STAT, Ras, PLC γ, PI3 K, Src pathway These pathways are organized into networks by complicated cross talks and functional redundancy for the overlapping expressed genes
