摘要
文章从分析我国高职师资队伍建设现状和存在问题入手,提出了如何利用教师资格这个有效的认证制度,把好高职教师的质量关,充分发挥高职教师资格在高职教育中的保障作用,并进一步就取得合格高职教师资格,提出了在教师培养和培训的体系、模式等方面的具体措施和建议。
This article tries to analyze the present situation of teaching faculties of Vocational Education in China, putting forward the issue how to make full use of the authentication system in the certifying of teaching qualifications and hence foster the effect of teaching in vocational education. Meanwhile, this article comes up with several specified advices and measures in the training system in order to make sure the authentication of the teaching qualifications.
