加快城镇化是中国现代化的战略重点和难点。城镇化的发展是工业化、市场化与城镇化的三位一体。首先,城镇化是一个循环累积上升的过程。产业集聚推动城镇化的关键在于产业和市场作为一个循环系统共同推动了城镇化发展的必要因素——区域环境的提升过程。其次,地方环境的不断改善使得该区域得到进一步提升,促进了就业、产业分工和市场的发展,推动了基础设施等硬环境和投资发展等软环境,即推动了城镇化的发展。最后,政府参与建立市场起到了积极地推动作用。
Accelerating urbanization is the strategic priority and difficulty to China's modernization.The development of urbanization is a trinity of industrialization,marketization and urbanization.First of all,urbanization is a process of revolving cumulative increasing.The key point of industry cluster promoting urbanization is that industries and markets as a circulatory system jointly promote the development of regional environmental,which is essential to the development of urbanization.Secondly,the continuous improvements of regional environment make the region further upgraded,promoting employment,the industrial division and market development,and promote the development of hardware such as infrastructure and software such as investment environment.At the same time,it promotes the development of urbanization.Finally,the government involving in the establishment of market plays a key role in promoting the urbanization.
