摘要
文章从分析和谐社会理念提出的历史背景分析着手,考察和谐和社会的时代内涵,认为要构建和谐社会,关键在于法律制度的完善。
In this article,the author analyses the content of the harmonious society based on the analysis of the background of it.The conclusion is that the key to build the harmonious society is to improve the system of law.
