摘要
在我国农业发展进入新阶段的背景下,发展特色农业有利于增加农民增收,有利于转移剩余劳动力,有利于我国农业战略性的调整,有利于提高农业发展的组织化程度。但在发展过程中,特色农业既显示出它作为新生事物的旺盛的生命力,在发展过程中又存在着许多问题。既需要相应的技术、资金,也需要人力资源做支撑,又需要政府推出相应的政策作保障,更需要先进的农业发展理念作为引导。
On the background of the new stage of our country' s agriculture,developing the special features agriculture is beneficial for increasing famers' income,transfering the surplus Labor force,adjusting strategy of the agriculture,exalting the regimentation degree of agriculture development.Special features agriculture not only displays the prosperous vitality of the new- born thing,but also brings many problems again in developing pro- cess.It demands corresponding technique and funds,and also need the human resource to prop it up,and the government to public the homologous policy to guarantee it,moreover,it need principle to conduct it.
