摘要
推动高等教育改革与发展的重要而有效的手段之一是高等教育评估。我国的高等教育评估就是判断高等教育在满足社会需求 ,满足政治、经济、文化发展 ,满足学生个性发展及全面发展等诸多方面的现实价值和潜在价值的过程。系统的高等教育评估活动构成高等教育质量保障体系。高等学校不仅是评估的对象 ,也要成为评估主体。
One of the important and effective means of promoting higher education reform and development is higher education assesssment.Higher education assessment in our country is judging higher educations process of actual value and potential value from the following aspects:meeting the needs of the society,satisfying the development of politics,economy and culture and satisfying the students' individual and comprehensive development,etc.Systematic higher education assessment activities form higher education quality secure system.Colleges and universities are not only the object but also the subject of assessment.
