摘要
传统压缩空气无热再生干燥器具有结构简单、工作可靠稳定的特点,在压缩空气后处理中有着大量的应用。但是其存在消耗成品压缩空气量大、无法进行露点控制的缺点,而使用带露点控制的新型无热再生干燥器能够将压缩空气消耗量大大降低,并且在实际操作中得到了预期的节能效果。
Because of simplicity and reliability,the traditional non heated regeneration dryers are widely used in compressed air treatment.But it has the shortcoming that requiring high percents of to regenerate the desiccant and not controlling dew-point.However,the new non heated regeneration dryers with dew-point controlling can decrease the compressed air consumption greatly.We receive expected effect in practical operation.
