摘要
幼儿园的内部工作环境对幼儿教师教学动机的价值取向、动机强度、持续时间都有十分重要的影响。幼儿园管理者要优化内部管理,为教师创设宽松的人文环境和民主的工作氛围,形成有效的交流机制,运用有效的激励手段,关注教师的个性化需求,在教师的专业成长中激发其教学动机。
The internal working conditions of the kindergarten have great influence on kindergarten teachers' tropism,intension,and duration of the teaching motivation.The managers of the kindergartens have to improve the internal management,to create relaxed humane environment and democratic working atmosphere,to form and utilize the effective communicative mechanism and the encouraging methods,to pay attention to teachers'demands and try to stimulate their teaching motivations in the process of their maturity.
