摘要
社会转型背景下,居(村)妇代会面临诸多挑战:其生存空间变小,合法性危机凸现;其选举制度建设落后,等等。应对这些挑战,我们要采取如下对策:明确自身定位;促进基层妇代会直选制度建设;在妇代主任进入居(村)两委班子问题上争取政策和群众双重支持;加大对基层妇代主任的培训力度;积极将外来女性纳入基层妇代会工作范围。
Under the context of societal transformation,Women's Congress at the village level are faced with many challenges like the narrowing down of its room to exist,the crisis of its legitimacy,the backwardness of its election system and so on.We may take the following measures to better meet these challenges: identify the roles of the Women's Congress at the village level so as to improve the direct election system;solicit the double support of policy and the people in the inclusion of the Chairperson of the Women's Congress into the two Committees at village level;promote the training of the Chairpersons;covering migrate women in everyday operation of the Women's Congress.
