摘要
随着航海教育国际化和越来越多的中国海员走向世界,如何提高中国海员的国际竞争变得力十分重要.我国2004年船员考试新规则实施,结合国际STCW 78/95公约,迫切需要搞好我国航海教育,提高我国海员的素质,以应对日益激烈的国际市场竞争的挑战.
With the internationalization of maritime education and the globalization of Chinese seafarers,it is more important to improve the competition ability of china seafarers in the international maritime human source market.With the new examination code for china seafarers and the STCW 78/95 convention and based on the competition advantage of China seafarer and the reality of China's maritime education,some proposals and ideas are put forward.
