摘要
结合辽宁农村实际,在对辽宁农民收入现状进行分析的基础上,从政策推动、科技驱动、龙头牵动、劳动力移动四个方面,就如何增加农民收入问题进行了探讨,尤其对低收入乡镇农民增收提出了有针对性的对策及建议。
Based on the actual situation of the countryside in Liaoning province, the paper analyses the income of farmers at present,discusses ways to increase farmers' income from the aspects of policy-promoting,science and technology-propelling,enterprise-leading and labor-transferring.Strategies and suggestions about the increase of the low-income farmers in the countryside of Liaoning province are presented.
