摘要
工资集体协商是集体合同的核心内容,是维护职工合法权益的重要机制。《劳动合同法》在第五章特别规定中,把集体合同放在了首位。在贯彻实施《劳动合同法》的过程中,工会应当把推进工资集体协商作为贯彻实施《劳动合同法》的重要内容,更好地维护职工合法权益。
Collective consultation on wages is the core of collective contract and an important mechanism of protecting employee's legal rights and interests.In the special provisions of fifth chapter,the Labor Contract Law puts collective contract at the first place.In the process of carrying out and implementing the Labor Contract Law,trade union should take collective consultation on wages as an important content of implementing the Labor Contract Law so as to protect employee's legal rights and interests better.
