摘要
本文叙述了安庆市食用菌生产的历史,针对食用菌生产发展的现状,剖析了生产中存在的问题,提出了相应的主要对策,指出了以发酵工业振兴安庆市食用菌产业的发展思路。
This article reviewed the history of edible mushroom production in Anqing city,In view of the current situation of edible mushroom production development,analyzed the question which in the production exists,proposed the corresponding main countermeasure,pointed out the development mentality of edible mushroom production promoted with fermentation industry in Anqing city.
