客车后桥壳体调头镗孔工艺与质量控制

摘要 为镗削客车后桥壳体的分段反台阶内孔,并满足成批生产的需要,制定了后桥壳体调头镗孔工艺,设计了一种专用的后桥壳体镗孔机床,圆满地解决了工件的定位装夹、镗杆的导向等难题。该专机自动化程度高,工件装夹方便,安全防护可靠,生产能力高,能确保零件的镗孔精度。 For the Tang pare bridge hull body empress the passenger car of cent segment anti-bore inside the step,and meeting the batch produce of demand,establishment empress bridge hull the body adjusts a Tang bore craft.Design a kind of appropriation of empress the bridge hull body Tang bore tool machine,successfully solved a work piece of fixed position pack to clip,and Tang pole of direction etc.hard nut to crack.Special airplane automation degree Gao,the work piece pack to clip convenience,safety protection credibility,and produce ability Gao can insure the Tang bore of spare parts accuracy.
