摘要
目的选拔一批具有一定发展潜力的护士长,并建立一套科学、规范、合理的护士长选拔体系。方法通过测评要素的建立、设计和实施,采用笔试、面试、心理测验、无领导小组讨论和民主测评法对32名候选人进行素质测评。结果总的测评报告包括数据信息的反馈和分析以及专家意见,竞聘者的总体水平都在良好以上。结论素质测评的最终目的是为提供选拔、晋升、培训等工作的量化依据,从而真正实现人力资源的优化配置和深度开发。
Objective To select head nurses with the potential for development and to establish a scientific,standardized and rational system for selecting head nurses.Method Through establishment of evaluation items,design and implementation,written tests,interviews,psychological tests,and democratic discussions,the professional compctence of 32 candidates for head nurses was evaluated.Result The find evaluation report included data analysis and experts' opinions.All the competitors had the competence above the good level.Conclusion The ultimate objective of competence evaluation is to provide quantization basis for selection,promotion,and training of professional pezsonnel,thereby realizing the optimal allocation and in-depth development of human resources.
