本文提出在建设工程评标中应用人工神经网络优选中标企业,详细介绍了该方法的应用模型及应用步骤,并且用实例来说明了该方法的优越性和实用性。
This article puts forward the ANN method—Hopfield Network method that may be applied in selecting the best bidder.It gives a detailed introduction to the application model and procedure of the method,and verifies its strong power and practicality of the method by analyzing an example in construction engineering.
